Mr. Man's Chan, the Chairman of Hong Kong Miniature Liquor Club, possesses more than 14,000 miniature cognacs, with most of them having a long history of over a century. He is the one who possesses the most expensive miniature liquor as well as miniature cognac in Hong Kong. Although he is not the King regarding the collection amount in the whole world, his numerous collection of miniature cognac and miniature Remy Martin Louis XIII is definitely the best of a time, especially the miniature Remy Martin Louis XIII, the grandest dream of the miniature collectors, which most people could even hardly get a chance to take a good look at. And he has a collection of more than 30 bottles of miniature Remy Martin Louis XIII of different years, what an unbreakable record! That is why Mr. Chan is well-known as "the King of Cognac" among foreign collectors.

Apart from his collection of 14,000 different miniature liquors, he also collects the large-sized cognacs in the past two decades, which most of them are given to him by other collectors for miniature liquors. Now he has collected nearly a thousand bottles of precious cognacs.

He thinks that large-sized liquor is totally another field that involves value, transaction, liquor quality, market, etc., which is different from the concepts of miniature liquor collection. There is still room for learning for Mr. Man's Chan. This website aims at sharing his collection, raising profound and open discussions and exchanging valuable opinions among miniature liquor fans and experts.
